The Big Chill

The Big Chill 2012 will take place Thursday 2nd – Sunday 5th August.

Pre-sale tickets will be available at 9am on 2nd December!

Family Tickets

If you have purchased a Family Ticket for the Big Chill festival and can no longer attend the festival with children or have decided that you don’t want to camp in the Family Campsite or have purchased a Family Ticket in error, please can contact your point of purchase well in advance of the festival to arrange to exchange your ticket for a non-family one of the same type and value.

Family tickets are only valid for entry via the Green Family gate and only to those people who wish to camp in the Green Family Campsite and are accompanied by children on arrival at the festival.

If you wish to camp anywhere else on site, enter through any other gate or do not have children with you, please do not buy a family ticket or alternatively exchange your family ticket for a regular ticket before travelling to the festival via your original point of purchase.

There are only a limited number of family tickets available and so if you have a family ticket but are not a family intending to camp in the green family campsite, you will be denying someone who would like to be in that area the opportunity.

Weekend Tickets 

Weekend Ticket - £165 & booking fee
- Includes camping from 12 noon Thursday 2nd.  For those aged 18 + 
- For entry via Red, Yellow or Purple Gates

 Weekend Family - £165 & booking fee
- Includes camping in Green Family Campsite from 12 noon Thursday 2nd - must enter via Green Gate 

- Only families accompanied by a child or children 15 years or under will be admitted

- No single or groups of adults without children will be admitted

- Each adult must have their own family ticket – one ticket does not cover a whole family

Child & Teen Tickets

Teens aged 13-17 - £85 & booking fee
- Weekend - includes camping from 8am Thursday 2nd August
- Must be accompanied by ticket holding Adult over 18

 Children aged 12 and under - £5
- Weekend - includes camping from 8am Thursday 2nd August
- Must be accompanied by ticket holding Adult over 18
