Join Hard Rock Calling 2011

Brandon Flowers' band The Killers have been signed up for the opening night of this year's Hard Rock Calling on Friday 24th June.

It will be the band's first UK show in two years, The Killers last played the event in 2009 - the rest of Friday's line-up has yet to be announced.

Drummer Ronnie Vannucci had this to say about the Hyde Park show 'It's been too long, friends... Feels like forever since we've seen each other and now it's time we pay a visit. Have to get the machine oiled and ready to make this kinda thing happen more often. Feeling creative, let's do this'

Tickets for Friday go on sale Thursday April 21 at 9am. Sat & Sun Tickets on sale now.

Bon Jovi, Ryan Bingham and Evaline are playing on the Saturday. Rod Stewart, Stevie Nicks, Adam Ant, Rumer, Train, Lighthouse Family, Mike and the Mechanics, Barenaked Ladies and James Walsh are all playing the Sunday.
